This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) informs you about the way in which ALCIMED SAS, “Société par Actions Simplifiée” (Private Limited Company), with its registered office at 57 boulevard de Montmorency – 75016 Paris, France registered on the “Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris” (Trade and Companies Register) under number 393 334 222 (hereinafter the “Company”), owner of the www.alcimed.com website (hereinafter the “Site”), its subcontractors and partners process your personal data.

This Policy applies to visitors to the Site (“you”, “your”).

The Company collects and processes personal data concerning you when you browse the Site. In compliance with the applicable regulations concerning the protection of personal data, the Company is the “data controller”.

The Company agrees to collect only the data required for the purposes for which they are processed, and to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Depending on the situation, processing is carried out by the Company, or by subcontractors on behalf of the Company, if you have given your consent, if it is in the Company’s legitimate interest, or to comply with current legislation.

Your rights
